Chelsea set to battle Man City and Man United for Aaron Wan-Bissaka

Chelsea have joined Manchester City and Manchester United in the race to sign Crystal Palace defender Aaron Wan-Bissaka, according to Adrian Kajumba of The Mirror.

Palace are reportedly aware that they’re likely to receive offers for the 21-year-old in the summer as they know that some of the best sides in the country are continuing to show interest in him.

Wan-Bissaka only made his first-team debut for Palace in February last year but in less than 12 months, he’s established himself as Roy Hodgson’s first-choice right-back.

However, as is often the case, the dramatic rise of the youngster has alerted other clubs to his ability and interest in the defender has continued to grow,

Chelsea and Manchester City already have long-term options at right back in the form of Cesar Azpilicueta and Kyle Walker, but both are looking to add depth at the position.

United signed Diogo Dalot from Porto last summer, but Antonio Valencia and Ashely young, the other options at right-back, are coming towards the end of their careers and as such, United are seemingly looking at potential replacements.
