Chelsea welcome a winless Sheffield United side to Stamford Bridge this evening and Frank Lampard’s men will be hoping to continue their impressive form of late.
Lampard will be without German midfielder Kai Havertz, who tested positive for COVID-19 this week. However, the Blues will still be confident going into the match on the back of a comfortable Champions League win in midweek, as well as five consecutive clean sheets.
The visitors, managed by Chris Wilder, surprised many last season as, on their return to the top-flight after a 12-year hiatus, they finished an impressive ninth.
However, this season the Yorkshire club have struggled, scoring just three goals from seven games, and will know they must improve to overcome an increasingly confident Chelsea side.
