Chelsea have been handed a potential injury blow after N’golo Kante was replaced in the France starting line up by Tottenham’s Moussa Sissoko after suffering a muscle injury in the warm up.
France are playing in Iceland in a Euro 2020 qualifier and had Kante names in their starting line-up but he had to be replaced after picking up an injury in the pre-match preparations.
As it stands, there is no news on the severity of Kante’s injury by Chelsea fans will be hoping that him being pulled out of the game was just precautionary.
Kante has been in excellent form for Chelsea this season and was one of the goal scorers as they defeated Southampton last weekend.
AmTottenham fans hoping for Sissoko to get a well-earned rest night not be delighted to see him starting the game either, although the player himself will be delighted to be involved from the start in Iceland.
