Fenerbahce make Tammy Abraham loan offer

Turkish giants Fenerbahce have reportedly made a loan offer to Chelsea for striker Tammy Abarahm.

According to Turkish outlet Star, relayed in an article by Sport Witness, Fenerbahce have offered to take the Blues striker on loan for the upcoming campaign after his impressive season with Aston Villa.

Dean Smith’s side are also thought to be keen on signing the England Under-21 international again over the summer, either on a loan or permanent move.

Abraham scored 26 times for Villa as they won promotion back to the Premier League, with Norwich City’s Teemu Pukki the only player to score more than the 21-year-old last season.

However, Chelsea are thought to be considering keeping hold of the towering forward themselves over the summer and could hand Abraham a regular role in the first-team next season.

This is because the Blues have a two-window transfer ban looming over them, which could leave Olivier Giroud and Abraham as the only senior strikers available to them if the club reject the chance to sign Gonzalo Higuain on a permanent basis.
