Napoli are only willing to pay €15 million for Chelsea defender David Luiz this summer.
Il Mattino, as cited on Sport Witness, reports that the Naples club are not prepared to pay the €30 million that had been suggested in previous reports.
The Brazilian looks set to leave Chelsea for a second time this summer, with the Blues planning a move for Juventus defender Daniele Rugani once Maurizio Sarri is appointed.

Luiz fell out of favour at Stamford Bridge during the second half of the season.
A mixture of injury worries and a reported bust-up with head coach Antonio Conte restricted him to just a handful of appearances in 2018.
Having recently turned 31, Chelsea could look to move Luiz on this summer whilst he still has some sell-on value.
Raul Albiol is closing in on a move away from Naples, with Villarreal keen on the Spaniard and Luiz could be viewed as a direct replacement.
