Chelsea managerial target Maurizio Sarri is set to be offered a new deal at Napoli to fend off any interest from the West London club, according to Calciomercato.
Antonio Conte is set to leave the club at the end of the season and Sarri is one of Chelsea’s top targets to bring in.
There is an €8 million release clause in his contract but it can’t be activated until the end of the month.

Napoli have plans in place to meet with the manager next week to talk over a new deal.
His current contract doesn’t expire until 2020, but Napoli are keen to tie down their manager to a further deal to move Chelsea away from their pursuit of Sarri.
The Italians are set to offer Sarri a €3m-a-year salary plus €1m in additional bonuses, along with offering him funds to move the club forward after a strong season in Serie A.
