The January transfer window has arrived once again and as of yet, hasn’t produced any deals of note.
Over the years, however, it has been known to throw up some of the craziest, most overpriced and the most unexpected deals. Some turn out to be great, while some leave a lot to be desired. It’s fair to say that’s been the case for Chelsea on several occasions.
This January has seen Patrick Bamford leave the club to join Middlesborough on a permanent basis as well as Adama Traore be linked with a move in the opposite direction.
There are plenty of names to be linked with moves to Stamford Bridge but nothing has materialised as of yet.
So, who are the best signings that Chelsea have made in the January transfer window? I decided to take a look back at some of the players the club have brought in during the winter window since the Premier League began.
