For those unaware, I’m the co-host of a Chelsea FC-centric podcast titled Carefree Blues Podcast.
With things slowing down in the world of Chelsea, we decided to invite David Amoyal onto the show to discuss a multitude of things.
David runs the English site for Gianluca DiMarzio, one of the most trusted sources in the Italian media. In addition to his work with DiMarzio, David writes for ESPN FC and provides punditry for Beyond the Pitch and talkSPORT. His extensive resume provided us with plenty to talk about in regards to Antonio Conte and his transfer targets.
On this episode of the podcast, we discussed Alvaro Morata and his impact he could have at Chelsea, why Chelsea fans shouldn’t be opposed to signing Gonzalo Higuain, Conte vs. Jose Mourinho, Pep Guardiola, etc., which defenders Chelsea should sign and more.
