Chelsea host London rivals Tottenham at Stamford Bridge in the early kick-off for the 27th round of the Premier League on Saturday.
Three straight wins in the league, coupled with the Blues failing to record a win in their previous four games, has meant Tottenham come into this fixture only one point behind fourth-placed Chelsea.
With only five points separating fourth from ninth, this is a game that neither team can afford to slip up in.
Chelsea will be the fresher of the two teams, as Spurs fell to a 1-0 defeat to German side RB Leipzig on Wednesday in the Champions League.
Despite that, Frank Lampard’s side will be coming into this game in bad form, especially after being the subject of a 2-0 loss to Manchester United at Stamford Bridge on Monday.
Historically, Chelsea have won the previous three head-to-heads against Tottenham and Chelsea fans will hope that history will repeat itself.
As Jose Mourinho returns to Stamford Bridge, this will certainly be an entertaining affair.
