Chelsea are reportedly set to make a bid for young Celtic star Karamoko Dembele, once their transfer ban has been lifted.
90min.com report that the Blues are lining up an offer for Dembele, who made his debut for the Celtic under-20 squad at 13-years-old.
However, with the club currently under a transfer ban, they will be unable to make a bid until it is lifted, which could be as soon as the 20th November.
Chelsea are set for a hearing with the Court of Arbitration for Sport, which could see the ban overturned.
If this takes place, Chelsea could make a January offer for Dembele, but if it does not get revoked, the Blues may have to wait until the summer.

The Blues can’t sign anyone at the moment, but a move for Dembele could be a big one when they are able to transfer players in again.
However, Celtic may not want to sell their young talent just yet, with the player obviously having a lot of talent at such a young age.
Therefore, Chelsea may have to test Celtic’s resolve.
