Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi is ‘on the verge’ of putting pen to paper on a new long-term contract at the club, according to The Telegraph.
The England international enjoyed an impressive breakthrough season despite being handed limited first-team chances by Maurizio Sarri, and now looks set to be rewarded with an improved deal.
Hudson-Odoi sustained an Achilles injury in April that ruled him out for the remainder of the 2018/19 campaign, but plans are in place for him to play an involved role next term.
