Bristol City have completed the signing of Chelsea left-back Jay Dasilva for an undisclosed fee.

The Championship club have confirmed that Dasilva has signed a four-year deal, after they triggered a clause in his loan contract.
Dasilva signed for Bristol City on loan from Chelsea last summer and were able to agree a clause which could see him sign permanently at the end of his temporary spell, which they have now activated.
This will come as a blow to Chelsea, with Dasilva impressing in the Championship and becoming a regular for England at under-21 level, showing that he a bright future at left-back.
Dasilva joined Chelsea from Luton in 2012 but failed to make a single senior appearance for the club, spending two seasons on loan to Charlton in League One before his move to Bristol City.
