German trio tracking Chelsea striker Daishawn Redan

Wolfsburg, Mainz and Schalke are all exploring the possibility to land Chelsea striker Daishawn Redan this summer, according to the Daily Mail

The report suggests that the three named clubs would all like to sign the player on a permanent basis, with the Blues preferring an original loan move for the talented striker.

The 18-year-old joined Chelsea from Ajax back in 2017 and has featured in the Blues’ academy sides during his two-year stay.

Redan, who has two years left on his current Chelsea contract, has an impressive record for the Netherlands at youth level, averaging close to a goal-a-game.

The teenager reportedly also has interest from the Championship, Spain, Belgium and Holland and looks certain for regular first-team football next season.

Numerous youngsters have enjoyed spells in the Bundesliga as a teenager, something Redan may take into consideration over the summer, however, it appears as if the Blues are unwilling to sell the forward on a permanent basis.
