Eden Hazard has won Chelsea’s annual Player of the Year award at the club’s end of the season awards night.
The Belgium international, who could well be departing Stamford Bridge this summer, was a deserving winner after dragging the Blues to a top four finish.
POTY wasn’t Hazard’s only gong of the night, with the Belgian also picking up the Players’ Player award, as well as the Goal of the Season award for his superb solo run against Liverpool.
Callum Hudson-Odoi also picked up an award, taking home the Young Player of the Year title.

The England international has enjoyed a decent season for the club, despite barely featuring in the first half of the campaign.
Reports this week had suggested that Bayern Munich were still interested in signing the young forward, but Chelsea will hope that this award as well as the promise of more minutes will help convince Hudson-Odoi to stay with the club.
