Manchester City are set to make a bid in the region of €50million plus add ons for Sporting Lisbon star Bruno Fernandes, as interest in the midfielder heats up.
Fernandes has been a standout player for Sporting this season, with an incredible 28 goals and 16 assists in all competitions, and according to Sport Witness via Portuguese outlet A Bola, City are set to make an offer for the midfielder.
The report suggests that Sporting’s director Hugo Viana has travelled to Manchester to meet City’s representatives and discuss a deal for Fernandes, with the initial fee rumoured to be €50million.

City are said to be willing to spend an extra €20million in add ons, as they look to complete the deal before the likes of Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain step up their respective pursuit’s of the Portugal international.
PSG have also reportedly made an approach to sign Fernandes, though the Ligue 1 giants are yet to make a formal offer for the 24-year-old.
