Racist abuse could halt Bakayoko’s permanent Milan move

Tiemoue Bakayoko’s permanent move to Milan in the summer has been thrown into doubt following the racist abuse the player has suffered in recent weeks.

Reports in Italy claim that the player could think twice about joining the San Siro outfit this summer.

Videos have been circulating around social media that show Lazio fans singing racists chants about the French midfielder both during and after games.

Bakayoko has impressed in Italy this season and a result, Milan had been expected to push for a permanent deal this summer.

After a shaky start at Milan, he has rediscovered some of his best form after a tough season in London.

It is claimed that the Milan squad and club have been on hand to support Bakayoko, but the situation could now play a part in deciding his future.

It remains to be seen whether or not the Frenchman has a future at Stamford Bridge beyond the summer.
