Luis Campos to Chelsea? – Analysing the sporting director’s best buys

Chelsea reportedly want to appoint Luis Campos as their new sporting director.

The former Real Madrid chief is currently working in France with LOSC Lille and has overseen plenty of success in the market recently.

Campos is a well-esteemed transfer guru but has not received sufficient praise on a widespread level, given his accomplishments with AS Monaco and now Lille in the past years.

Chelsea are without a sporting director and have been since letting Michael Emenalo depart in 2017.

However, with reports suggesting that they are keen to make alterations to their infrastructure, it seems they are pursuing a new person to oversee their dealings in and out of the club.

Campos could be the man to solve Chelsea’s shortcomings if they are to lure him away from France.

Take a look at some of his best bits of business during his well-renowned spell at Monaco.
