Chelsea and Manchester City both look set to miss out on a deal to sign Barcelona youngster Ilaix Moriba.
According to Mundo Deportivo, as cited on Sport Witness, the Barcelona youth prospect is eager to stay at the Camp Nou.
Moriba has been heavily linked with a Premier League move recently, with reports suggesting that a deal to sign for Chelsea could be close.
It had been suggested that talks over a move to Stamford Bridge were underway, with Roman Abramovich himself said to be behind a deal.

Manchester City were also known admirers, but the 16-year-old now looks set to stay put.
Moriba is yet to commit his future to the La Liga club, which sparked talk of a move away, but it now appears that a professional contract could be in the offing in the near future.
Over the years, Chelsea have become known for sweeping across Europe for the best young talents but Moriba looks like one that they will miss out on this time around.
