Reported Chelsea target Arber Zeneli is said to be close to signing for Ligue 1 outfit Stade de Reims, according to GFFN.
The 23-year old midfielder, who plays for Heerenveen in the Dutch Eredivisie, is expected to sign for the French side within the next few days.
Last week, MailOnline reported that Chelsea were considering sending scouts to watch Zeneli over potentially launching a £5million bid.
However the Kosovo international is close to agreeing personal terms with Stade de Reims, although it isn’t yet clear whether the move would be now, or on a pre-contract agreement ahead of a summer switch.
