Chelsea’s sale of defender Davide Zappacosta to Lazio has hit a road block, with the club disagreeing on details of the deal.
According to Calciomercato, the Italy international’s agent met Chelsea’s management in London yesterday, where the Blues outlined their terms of the deal.
Chelsea want Zappacosta to join Lazio on a six-month deal with an obligation to buy for €18million, however it is believed Lazio would prefer a simple loan deal.

The 26-year old full-back moved to Stamford Bridge from Torino 18-months ago, to provide competition and support in the club’s defensive ranks.
However his time in West London has proved to be less than fruitful, with Zappacosta mostly featuring as a substitute.
The Italian has made just two appearances in the Premier League this season.
