Former Spurs midfielder Jermaine Jenas believes that Eden Hazard is “too good” for Chelsea after the Belgian impressed in the 1-0 defeat to Spurs in the Carabao Cup semi-final first leg.
As reported on the Independent, Hazard was the standout player for the Blues in a game where they looked toothless in the final third.

Current BBC pundit Jenas was in awe of Hazard’s performance but feels for the attacker as the rest of the players around him are simply not on his level.
Jenas said:
How good has Hazard been tonight? Demanding the ball, going by players. I never thought I would say it, but he’s too good for this Chelsea team.
Hazard has been heavily linked with a move to Spanish La Liga giants Real Madrid and with his current deal at Chelsea expiring in 2020, he could be on the move soon.
Chelsea want the playmaker to extend his contract at the club to quash all rumours about him leaving but at the moment, it doesn’t look like he will sign a new deal.
