Chelsea midfielder Kasey Palmer is on the verge of joining Championship side Bristol City on loan, according to West London Sport.
The move will see the 22-year-old cut short his current loan deal at Blackburn Rovers, and head to Aston Gate where fellow Blues Tomas Kalas and Jay Dasilva are enjoying a temporary spell.
Palmer joined Chelsea in 2013 but is yet to make a senior appearance for the first team. He has been out on loan to Derby County and Huddersfield Town in previous seasons, helping the latter earn promotion to the Premier League.

He is currently already plying his trade in the Championship at Blackburn but has been unable to nail down a regular spot in their side.
City are hoping to recruit their third Chelsea loanee as they look to push on and challenge for a play-off spot, with the Stamford Bridge side keen to see their man get more playing time.
