Chelsea will not be completing a deal to sign Hirving Lozano from PSV in January.
Rumours of a move to Stamford Bridge have been quashed by Mino Raiola himself, according to Belgian journalist Kristof Terreur.
Reports emerged towards the end of the week that claimed a big-money bid from Maurizio Sarri’s men was imminent, but his agent has now confirmed that an exit from PSV is not happening this month.
It was suggested that Chelsea could pay as much as £36 million to secure the player’s services and bring him to the Premier League.

Lozano has been heavily linked with a move away from the Dutch side, with Chelsea known to be admirers of the player.
Manchester United and Barcelona were also been linked with moves to sign the Mexican after the World Cup over the summer.
Chelsea have previously endured a rocky relationship with Raiola and have been reluctant to deal with him after the transfer debacle that saw Romelu Lukaku join United and not the Blues.
