Chelsea have been offered hope in their pursuit of Napoli defender Elseid Hysaj.
Reports in Italy have suggested that the Serie A side are mulling over a decision to sell the player in January.
It is being claimed that the Naples outfit are yet to make up their mind on the Albanian’s future.
Hysaj has not committed himself to a new contract at the club and continues to be linked with a move to Chelsea.
The right-back is under contract in Naples until 2021 and the club are keen to tie him down to a new deal.
Maurizio Sarri is a known admirer of the player and tried to bring him to London over the summer.
However, any deal was blocked after Chelsea were reportedly prevented from signing any further Napoli players following the arrival of Jorginho.
Hysaj’s agent has been very open about the possibility of a move to London in the build-up to the January window.
