Chelsea are up against Arsenal for the signing of Roma forward Cengiz Ünder, and it’s the Gunners who have fired the first shot.
The 21-year-old has impressed for the Serie A outfit so far this season, and is subsequently heavily fancied by numerous European giants.
Among which, are Chelsea. The Blues are looking to diversify their attacking options, and the youthful Ünder is said to be one target Mauricio Sarri would love to welcome through the door.

With the West Londoners watching from afar for now however, a Tuttomercatoweb report (cited by Football Italia) suggests their rivals in the north of the city have made the first move, with a €32 million bid.
As with many negotiations in the modern footballing world, that first offer is said to have been rejected.
Whoever wins the race for the Turkish international, it seems as though they’ll be paying decidedly more than €32 million!
