Chelsea’s hopes of potentially landing Christian Pulisic in the future have been boosted following claims from the player himself admitting that he wants to play in the Premier League at some stage.
Speaking to reporters about his future, as cited on the Mirror, Pulisic was very open about discussing the prospect of making a move to England in the future.
England, the Premier League, is a league where lots of kids dream of playing so there is no reason why maybe one day I won’t play here.
The Dortmund star has been heavily linked with switches to both Chelsea and Liverpool in recent months.
Jurgen Klopp is a long-term admirer of the American, who has been linked with a move to Anfield for as long as the German has been in charge of the club.
Chelsea are also keeping a close eye on Pulisic, with the Blues reportedly considering him as a potential replacement for Eden Hazard, should the Belgian one day leave Stamford Bridge for Real Madrid.
Both Premier League sides may face competition from Bayern Munich, who are also said to be admirers as they look to replace both Arjen Robben and Franck Ribery.
