Chelsea striker Olivier Giroud has confirmed that he will be voicing iconic Marvel character Green Goblin in an upcomining Spider-Man movie.
The French striker will bring the character to life in the animated movie, which is set for release next month in France.

PSG defender Presnel Kimpembe has also landed a major role, playing Scorpion, A.K.A Mac Gargon, in the film.
Giroud will voice the famous Spider-Man villain in the movie, who was previously played by Willem Dafoe in the live-action Spider-Man movies during the early 2000’s.
The striker has scored once for Chelsea this season in all competitions, which came in the Europa League against BATE.
The movie is titled “Spider-Man: New Generation” and is set for release on the 12th December in France.
