Manchester United have joined the race to sign Chelsea target Federico Chiesa.
According to The Mirror, United have been impressed by Chiesa this season and are now considering an approach for the winger.
Chelsea have been heavily linked with a move for Chiesa since the summer, along with Premier League rivals Liverpool and Italian giants Juventus.
The report claims that Juventus are the favourites to land him at this moment in time, with Chiesa, perhaps, preferring to remain in Italy.
Chiesa has two goals and one assist for Fiorentina in the Serie A this season and has caught the eye of a number of teams, Chelsea being one of them.
Maurizio Sarri managed against Chiesa whilst at Napoli last season and was clearly impressed by what he saw.
The Blues will now have to beat Jose Mourinho’s United and Juventus to his signature if they want to land the talented 21-year-old in January.
