Chelsea, Tottenham and Bayern Munich scouts were all said to be left impressed by Brugge’s Wesley Moraes on Wednesday night.
According to reports from Belgium, as cited on Sport Witness, all three clubs had scouts present at the game and it appears that they were keeping a close eye on Moraes.
Brugge were in action against AS Monaco this week and a host of clubs travelled to take in the game.

Newcastle, Juventus and Inter scouts were also believed to be watching on, but the report claims that Chelsea and Tottenham hold an advantage in the race to complete a deal.
The report hints at some form of agreement or release clause inserted in his deal with Brugge that will allow him to leave the club should a big offer come in, but does not clarify a fee or terms of the agreement.
The Brazilian-born forward scored Brugge’s only goal of the game, with the match finishing 1-1 on the night.
Moraes has often been linked with a big move away from the Belgian side and his performances this season are clearly not going unnoticed.
