Besiktas are reportedly looking at a swoop for Chelsea striker Olivier Giroud, who’s deal at the Blues expires at the end of the season.
The Fanatik sports newspaper, via Turkish-Football, reports that Besiktas are interested in a deal for the French striker, with the Turkish side looking at a free transfer at the end of the season.
Giroud is reportedly Besiktas’ replacement for Alvaro Negredo, who left the club in the Summer to join Al Nassr in the United Arab Emirates.

The Turkish side could be set to make a move over the January transfer window, unless the Blues extend the Frenchman’s contract at the club.
If Besiktas wanted to sign Giroud in January, they would have to pay, whilst if they were to wait until next Summer they could get him on a free.
Giroud has been in good form for the Blues so far this season, but has found starting opportunities rare.
