Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham is a target for Serie A side Sampdoria who want to sign the youngster on a season-long loan, talkSPORT reports.
Abraham spent last season on loan at relegated Swansea City but is now back with Chelsea, making an appearance in Maurizio Sarri’s side’s defeat to Manchester City in the Community Shield.
It appears unlikely that Abraham will be a part of Sarri’s first-team plans this season, with the England Under-21 international considering going on loan again as a result.
Sampdoria are keen to bring in a forward before the transfer window closes on August 31st and they are tracking both Abraham and Zenit Saint Petersburg striker Sebastian Driussi.

However, any deal for Driussi looks unlikely to happen, with Sampdoria now firmly focused on signing Abraham on-loan.
Chelsea are believed to be keen on sending the youngster out on loan once again but do not want an option-to-buy clause included in any deal.
