Crystal Palace and Southampton are both interested in signing Danny Drinkwater from Chelsea, according to a report from the Mirror.
The report claims that Chelsea are willing to let Drinkwater leave on a loan deal, having fallen out-of-favour at Stamford Bridge.
The England international appears to be headed for the exit door at Stamford Bridge following the arrival of Jorginho.
Maurizio Sarri is looking to make changes to the personnel at his disposal for the upcoming season at Chelsea and it seems as though Drinkwater will be axed from the club’s first-team plans.

Chelsea signed Drinkwater for a fee believed to be in the region of £35 million from Leicester City but he has failed to replicate the form he displayed during his time at the King Power Stadium.
Southampton and Palace are both looking to strengthen to avoid relegation from the Premier League next season and see Drinkwater as someone who can help them do that.
