Matias Vecino has been told he can only leave Inter for a foreign team this summer.
According to Corriere dello Sport, as cited on Calciomercato, the Chelsea target has been told he will not be sold to a domestic rival this summer.
Vecino has attracted interest from Chelsea, with Maurizio Sarri keen to work with the midfielder once again.

The two were both at Empoli together and the Italian remains a fan of the midfielder.
The 26-year-old only joined the club last summer and the Nerazzurri are refusing to do business with any fellow Serie A sides.
Chelsea have already signed Jorginho from Napoli and are also being linked with another one of Sarri’s former players in the shape of Daniele Rugani of Juventus.
Both Danny Drinkwater and Tiemoue Bakayoko are being linked with moves away from Stamford Bridge, which would leave room for Sarri to add reinforcements in the middle of the park.
