Barcelona are confident of completing a €60m move for Chelsea winger Willian, according to reports in Spain.
It was initially thought that Barca would not be able to sign the 29-year-old until later in the window as they would likely need to sell or loan out Yerry Mina to free up a non-EU place in their squad.
However, Philippe Coutinho is about to be granted a Portuguese passport as his wife is from the Iberian country and as such, a non-EU will be freed up for Willian.

The winger fell out with former Chelsea manager Antonio Conte but with Maurizio Sarri now in charge, he could choose to stay in London for another season.
However, he is understood to be in favour of a move to Spain and he’d be happy to make the switch should the two clubs agree a fee.
Sarri is thought to be targeting a few of his ex-players and he could cash in on Willian to fund moves for the likes of Gonzalo Higuain.
