Chelsea are demanding somewhere in the region of £70 million from either Manchester United or Barcelona for Brazilian winger Willian.
According to Mundo Deportivo, the two clubs have been told how much they will need to pay to sign the Brazilian, who has been heavily linked with a summer exit.
The Blues have already reportedly turned down a bid worth around £50 million for the player.
The report claims that Willian would be keen to complete a move to the Nou Camp and has expressed his desire to move to either Real Madrid or Barcelona in the past.
Manchester United have been heavily linked with a move for the Brazilian, but it is yet to be seen if Chelsea would deal with their Premier League rivals.
The Blues sold Nemanja Matic to the Old Trafford club last summer in a deal many believe has come back to bite them.
