Paris Saint-Germain sporting director Antero Henrique has reportedly held talks with N’Golo Kante’s agent.
Reports in France from Paris United claim that Henrique met with Karim Douis, the player’s agent to discuss his future at Chelsea.
The Ligue 1 champions have been long-term admirers of Kante and have been linked with a move for the player on several occasions in the past.
Kante has previously reiterated his desire to remain at Chelsea, having only joined back in 2016 from Leicester City.
However, Kante has been one of the regular names to be linked with moves away from Stamford Bridge.
With Chelsea missing out on Champions League football in the new season, the Blues could be forced to sell a number of first-team players over the summer.
The report claims that Amiens’ Tanguy Ndombele and Napoli’s Amadou Diawara are both being monitored by the Blues, while Nice’s Jean Michael Seri remains a target for the club.
