Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has rejected an approach from Real Madrid for him to become their next permanent manager, according to Sky Sports Italia.
According to Sky Sports Italia, as cited by Football Italia, Conte intends to honour his contract with Chelsea.
Conte was contacted by Real Madrid directors yesterday, according to the report, with the Spanish club enquiring as to whether the Italian would be interested in the role.

However Conte, who many expect to depart the Blues this summer having failed to defend his Premier League title and qualify for the Champions League, passed on the grounds that he wants to respect his current deal with Chelsea.
Football Italia comment that Conte may wait to be fired by Chelsea, as he will €10million if he has his contract cut short.
Another concern of Conte’s is the mentality of a top side like Real Madrid, where he is concerned over the work ethic of the current crop of players, while he also isn’t keen on the policy of spending heavily on star names.
