Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola is planning a £100 million swoop for Chelsea forward Eden Hazard.
According to the Daily Star, Guardiola has made Hazard his number one transfer target this summer and is said to be confident about his chances of bringing him to the Premier League champions.
Hazard was on-form to help his side beat Manchester United in the FA Cup final last Saturday.

He scored the winning goal with a first-half penalty to give Antonio Conte a winning send-off in what was expected to be his last game in charge at the club.
But the Daily Star believes that the Belgian has refused to pledge his long-term future to the Blues, after a frustrating season at Stamford Bridge.
Hazard has two years left on his contract and Guardiola knows that the Blues could be left with no choice but to cash in on their prize asset.
The Belgian has refused to comment on speculation about his future and has previously stated he would be happy to stay at Stamford Bridge if the club strengthens the squad over the summer.
