Chelsea have placed a £10 million price tag on Dutch midfielder Marco Van Ginkel, according to football.london.
PSV Eindhoven are interested in signing the 25-year-old, after his two successful spells with the Dutch giants.
Van Ginkel has bagged himself 14 goals in 27 appearances during PSV’s title-winning campaign, and this form has led to Chelsea demanding they recoup more than £8 million they spent on the midfielder when they purchased him.
The Chelsea man has featured very rarely in the Blues first team since joining five years ago, making just two Premier League substitute appearances, one Champions League start, and one League Cup appearance which ended early due to injury.
The Dutch international did, however, extend his contract at Stamford Bridge last year, committing his future until 2020.
Despite having two years remaining on his deal, Chelsea seem determined to have a clear out this summer, and Roman Abramovich may have to sell players in order to raise money for incomings, just so the Blues can stay within the FFP regulations.
