Chelsea are reportedly set to sign PSV youngster Ian Maatsen, according to Dutch journalist Martijn Visscher.

Visscher claims that Chelsea are closing in on the signing of Maatsen as they look to further add to their incredibly stacked youth academy system.
Chelsea are renowned for their signing and loaning out of young talent over the years, with many players ending up in limbo.
Maastsen can play at centre-back and left-back and would likely move into the under-18’s squad ahead of next season.
Chelsea have also been linked to another PSV youngster in the form of Jayden Braaf, though this deal looks further down the line.
