Chelsea, Tottenham and Manchester United are all keen on bringing versatile defender Layvin Kurzawa to the Premier League, as reported by Get French Football News.

The former Monaco man was not Chelsea’s first choice however, Alex Sandro of Juventus would of been the preferred option although that seems to be a non starter.
The West London club were apparently keen to snap up the 25 year old in January but the move never materialised.
Chelsea do have Marcos Alonso playing on the left of their defence and he has recently been named in the PFA Team of the Year.

However, Kurzawa would play a different role to the wing back style of Alonso, he has the ability to fill most positions across the backline, which will give Antonio Conte (or his successor) more options to pick from.
If Conte is to leave, it would most likely be a negative for Kurzawa, as his defensive versatility would suit the Italian’s favoured system perfectly.
