Chelsea wingback Marcos Alonso has been named in the PFA Team of the Season
Alonso has had another fine season at Chelsea, one which has led to him breaking into the Spanish squad for the first time as he made his debut against Argentina last month.
He has played a regular amount of games in the Chelse side this season, featuring on 42 occasions to date, and is one of the first name on the team sheet.
Alonso has also scored seven goals to date as the Blues currently sit fifth place in the Premier League table with five league games remaining.
Three of his goals have come directly from free-kicks, including a stunning strike against Newcastle United in the 4th round of the FA Cup in January.
Manchester City unsurprisingly dominated the team of the season having five players named.
