Ancelotti has been living in London since leaving Bayern as he angles for a Premier League return.
The Italian remains highly thought of at Chelsea after he guided the Blues to a domestic double back in 2010.
For both clubs, Ancelotti would be an attractive option. Not only would he be a cheaper appointment but he would arrive with vast amounts of experience in the Premier League and elsewhere.
