Thibaut Courtois continues to be linked with a move away from Chelsea every time a transfer window comes around, with Real Madrid being the predominant suitor.
With his contract expiring at the end of next season, and Willy Caballero now 36 and only at the club for the current campaign, Chelsea need to start thinking about a potential succession plan in goal.
The Blues will have eyes on one of Europe’s top young goalkeepers in the next few weeks when they send scouts to watch 17-year-old stopper Berke Ozer of Turkish second-tier side Altinordu.

Ozer is also a reported target for Manchester City and AS Roma but Chelsea will have a scout to watch him in action on December 1st against Gazişehir Gaziantep.
After breaking into the first-team as a 16-year-old last season, Ozer, a regular for Turkey’s U17 side, was handed his first call-up to the senior squad in May but is yet to make his international debut.
