Chelsea, Arsenal and Zenit St Petersburg transfer target Kostas Manolas is reportedly set for contract talks with AS Roma, as the Serie A side look to ward off interest in their first choice centre-back.
According to Italian outlet Gazzetta dello Sport (via TalkSPORT), Roma sporting director Monchi is set to meet with Manolas and his agent this month to discuss a new deal for the Greek international centre-back.

Manolas came close to a move to Russian Premier League side Zenit in the summer transfer window but Roma are now looking to tie him down on a new deal as the look to keep their biggest stars and challenge Juventus, Napoli and the Milan sides for the Serie A title in seasons to come.
He signed for Roma from Greek side Olympiakos in 2014 and has since made 138 appearances for the club, scoring four goals in the process.
Chelsea signed centre-back Antonio Rudiger from Roma in the summer, and the Italian club also lost Mohamed Salah to Liverpool and defensive midfielders Leandro Paredes and William Vainqueur to Zenit and Antalyaspor respectively.
Roma also face the prospect of losing Radja Nainggolan, with both Manchester United and Chelsea interested in the Belgian midfielder.
