Chelsea look to bolster their squad ahead of the new season where they will look to defend their Premier League title as well as being successful in their return to the Champions League so squad depth is key.
Currently, they only have Victor Moses for the right-wing-back spot so they will need to bring in a new face to compete with the Nigerian and to also keep him fit when the fixtures get congested and Cancelo could be the man.

Cancelo joined Valencia from Benifca in 2015 for a fee for around £13m and after two seasons at the club, he has made 90 appearances, scoring four and getting nine assists. He is now worth £18m.
The Portuguese defender has got four caps for his national team, scoring three goals which is very impressive for a young full-back. He is set to play a big role in Portugal’s 2018 World Cup campaign if they qualify.
