According to the Daily Mail, Chelsea have made a £25m bid for Arsenal’s Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
Oxlade-Chamberlain came into his own last season, being played in positions he hasn’t played before such as in central midfield and at right wing-back when Arsene Wenger went from four to three at the back, which Chelsea won the league with.
The Blues may want to bring him in as cover and competition to Victor Moses in that wing-back spot. As mentioned, he played and performed well in central midfield last campaign and he can also play in his natural right winger position, meaning he can compete for many places at Stamford Bridge.
Oxlade-Chamberlain would be added to the likes of Alvaro Morata, Tiemoue Bakayoko and Antonio Rudiger as new signings for Chelsea this summer transfer window.

Oxlade-Chamberlain played in the Community Shield on Sunday against Chelsea in Arsenal’s win on penalties, where the new ABBA system was used.
The 23-year-old made 45 appearances last season, scoring six times and assisting 11 in a very good season for the player. Liverpool have also been linked with the Arsenal midfielder this summer.
