According to Marca, troublesome Chelsea striker, Diego Costa will not return to training in Cobham today as he looks to move on from Stamford Bridge this summer.
Costa’s future at Chelsea has been a huge talking point this transfer window with him and the head coach Antonio Conte having a falling out over the manner Conte told Costa that he was not in his plans for the upcoming season.
The Spain international who was born in Brazil wants a move back to Atletico Madrid, the club that Chelsea signed the player from and he was recently spotted on his Instagram partying in Brazil whilst wearing an Atletico shirt.
However, this move has been complicated due to the Spanish club’s transfer ban so they will only be able to register Costa to their squad in January at the earliest, no matter when he signs.

It has been reported that Costa wants a move away from Chelsea no matter where the destination is as long as he is not with the Blues for the 2017/18 season. Roman Abramovich reportedly echoes Costa’s issues, as he himself wants to offload the forward as soon as possible to help fund new transfers in this window.
