Fulham have officially confirmed the deal, via their Twitter (see below), with Piazon set to link up with his teammates next week.

Although, he is no stranger to the Fulham squad having spent time on loan at Craven Cottage last campaign.

The Brazilian scored six goals in 29 games last season in all competitions, with the club eager to bring him back for next season.
Antonio Conte has sanctioned the move, given that he was unlikely to break into the Chelsea side.
The 23-year-old will now be able to get a full season of regular game time before Chelsea make a decision on his future next summer.
Piazon has been at Chelsea since 2011.
