Chelsea and Liverpool are both set to reignite their interest in Porto’s Ruben Neves, according to a report in the print version of Portuguese outlet A Bola.
Despite André Silva’s recent departure to AC Milan, Porto are still in financial difficulties and still need to raise around €60m this summer and Neves is one of the obvious players who could be sold.
The 20-year-old was linked with a move to Chelsea two summers ago but a move never materialised but there’s a good chance that he ends up on the move this summer with Porto needing the money.

The A Bola report contains no information regarding a fee that chasing clubs will be asked to pay although Neves is believed to have a €40m release clause so that’d be the maximum amount that any buyers would have to pay.
Chelsea have been linked with numerous midfielders this summer already and we can now add Ruben Neves to the list.
